Vtg Fenton Carnival Art Glass Amber Gold Iridescent Seahorse Figurine 4 Tall

This art glass piece is an iridescent amber/gold color, maybe carnival glass? It has the oval shaped logo on the back marked "Fenton 0" which seems to date it to the 2000s. No noted chips or cracks. Some light surface scratches to the piece. There are a couple air bubbles in the glass from production.
