Vintage Millersburg Radium Carnival Glass Amethyst Holly Sprig Iridescent Ruffle

This is a Amethyst Millersburg Radium Holly Sprig Ruffled Bowl that measures approximately. 6 5/8" diameter up to almost 8 inches across at the widest part, 2 1/4" tall. Pristine Condition and VERY rare in this QUALITY.

This piece is found on page 107 of The Standard Encyclopedia of Carnival Glass by Bill Edward's, 4th edition. These are out there and some range in the low price category.

This is not one of those, I can assure you. This is high quality, pristine, museum like condition. The photos should speak for themselves on this piece.

Hi s is a stunning piece!!!! I do not think that even with the high quality pictures that I have, that I can do this piece Justice. The shimmer is beautiful and it flows with bright iridescence. The purple Amethyst base pulls through well and Gold intermingles with hues of green, blue and red. There are flaring hints of violet and amethyst as the bowl shimmers on rotation.

This is indeed a work of art, worthy of being noted as museum like quality in my opinion. I will be glad to answer any question send additional pictures or videos when engaged in private chats for interested buyers. This is a RARE find in this QUALITY...

Condition: Pristine Museum like Quality Example Collector Quality in my opinion... There are no chips or cracks identified. Magnification that are consistent with display use on the bottom. Some Glass has internal flaws that are due to the manufacturing process. This piece has few and slight air bubbles within the glass but are very difficult to find with the plain eye. I do not think you will find a better piece and the quality of this item brings it to the highest end of valuation. The quality and scarcity of this piece will make it highly sought after from collectors and those looking to preserve works of art like this for centuries to come.

Although this item is of the highest quality it can absolutely be used for home decor, to accent larger pieces or coordinate with different color palates to accentuate centerpieces or be a centerpiece.
