The original Fenton paper tag is included, as shown in pictures #3 & #5. Stamped Fenton on the bottom of the stem and at the top of the lid. Still has the candle caution sticker in the base, as shown in picture #6. Would make an excellent addition to any Fenton/Fairy Lamp collection. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.
