MILLERSBURG AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS ROSEBOWL HOBNAIL SWIRL IRIDESCENT c 1910

Beautiful Millersburg Carnival Glass Rosebowl. Amethyst carnival glass with a stunning swirl.

The color combination of purple, gold, and blue creates a unique iridescent effect. Millersburg creation from the period of 1909 -1911. The Millersburg Glass Company of Holmes County, Ohilo. Measures 3 5/8" tall by 4 1/2". There are no chips or dings and in very good condition.

Some interior shear/straw marks are present. Straw marks are mistaken for hairline cracks, but they are actually creases in the glass, which occurred during manufacturing while the handmade glass cooled.
