Dugan, Ski Star, Large Bowl, Peach Opalescent Brilliant

The shape is a ruffled bowl and the pattern is known as "Ski Star". The piece is large as it measures 3 15/16" tall and is 10 3/4" in diameter at its widest point. The bowl depicts heavily stippled crescents joined in the formation of an eight-pointed Star. There is a smaller Star inside the large in the center of the bowl. It has nice iridescence on the interior and exterior of the piece with wonderful hues of fuchsia, blue, and teal on a gold background.

The color of the bowl is "Peach Opalescent" with the milky white opalescence graduating in density up to the ruffled rim where there is a nice white band on the exterior outer edge. The bowl is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no nicks, chips, cracks or dings. The piece is unsigned but guaranteed to be Dugan's "Ski Star" Carnival glass pattern. No store lets you out of the building with the merchandise unless it is paid for. Maybe if enough of you do this, they will change their policy.
