3 Swan handled Vase, Imperial Glass Carnival Iridescent bird heads purple blue
This is an Vintage art glass / Carnival glass VASE. It is Cobalt Blue glass with the rainbow iridescent carnival finish, but this one has a lot of iridescence making it Electric Purple like. Measures: 8-3/4" tall by 8" wide head to head, the vase itself is 5 wide at top rim.
This is in good condition with no chips or cracks with nice iridescence coloring. It has some molding lines found throughout the pattern from the way its made. They are normal and do not detract from the beauty. These are not cracks, they are only little imprinted hairlines on the outside finish from the molds they are made in.Condition: This is over 100+ years old. I see no unsightly obvious or ugly rim damages, but there is a few small fleabites on a couple rim teeth, one is slightly chipped on top of the tooth, and very minor nips that are common. I have some pictures above of the rim, still very good to use or display. The base has scratches & scuffs from sitting on surfaces which is common expected wear these days after 100 years. Therefore it will be treated as such.
